Mission Statement: Lucky Dog Rescue is dedicated to saving unwanted dogs and finding them forever homes. Passionate about the prevention of cruelty to animals, we want to be a leader within the Colorado Springs community and educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets, while advocating for animals that have no voice, by offering training and other resources as alternatives to re-homing.

Looking for a new friend? Check out the Lucky Dog Central cameras Mon-Sat between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Only dogs looking for homes will be featured during the “Romp!”
If you are interested in adopting any of the available dogs, please CLICK HERE, print out, email, fax (388-9663), or drop off at any Lucky Dog location. Please note that we are not a “shelter”. Most of our Rescue Dogs are in foster homes. Lucky Dog Resorts also donates space to house some of our dogs. Therefore it is necessary to make an appointment through our email or by phone to meet our dogs (we do our best to return calls and emails within 24 hours). The best way to see them is to come to one of our adoption fairs!
