These people may not be important to anyone else on the planet but, they made a significant impact on my life. First, I looked at Wikipedia and discovered that there was certian notability requirements. Although, I could rattle off several, here is the most striking example of that. In Huntington, WV, there is an incredible doctor named Joseph Touma. Dr. Touma has invented medical devices and procedures and has returned hearing to so many people who were living in a soundless world. Dr. Touma's Wikipedia page was deleted. I would bet that if you asked any of those people who had their life touched by Dr. Touma, they'd all agree that he was worthy of inclusion into any site but to the editors of Wikipedia, it wasn't so. What kind of world do we live in when Paris Hilton has no problem getting into Wikipedia but someone like Joseph Touma does? I'm sure if you think, you can come up with over a hundred different people who touched your life but didn't make a mark on the world as a whole. These are the people who this site is dedicated to. Feel free to create a page for them. I would love nothing more than to outgrow the hosting plan I have now and have to move up. ;) Just to add, I don't fault Wikipedia because that's not what they want to concentrate on. As a matter of fact, I still love Wikipedia and if you look in the lower right corner, you'll notice that I run the same software. Here's a couple of things to keep in mind. Look for changes to happen quick here as we get ready to roll out the site. First, check out our about us page at iFindUWiki:About to get an idea about the project here. To get started, search for your person and create the article. Feel free to add templates as necessary and keep in mind, the syntax is just like Wikipedia since we run the same software. People Radio Shows Ghostly_Talk Podcasts Add any podcasts here. This isn't necessarily a podcast directory but a place to document details about a podcast.
