TJT Mission Statement:
The Tokay JR Tigers Youth Football and Cheer Organization, is an organization based on the importance of family. Our success on the football field is a byproduct of the values that we instill in the young men and women of the TJT family. We will help the young men and women in the program to see beyond the football field. We will reveal their character and build their self-esteem, while teaching them about honor, integrity, responsibility, teamwork, discipline and respect. What they learn in our program will last them a lifetime, guiding them to become successful adults and upstanding citizens. We will teach them that whatever they do in life, they should always strive to do their best. They will gain a sense of peace knowing that they always gave it everything they had. The Tokay JR Tigers program will help them build relationships that are bigger than sports. We sincerely hope that the young men and women that participate in our program learn more about life than about football and cheer.
What sets us apart from other organizations?
We are in our 6th year as the premier youth football and cheer program in the valley. What sets us apart from other programs? Many programs talk about being family, but rarely live up to the claim. We pride ourselves on welcoming the participant’s, their parents and their siblings as part of our family. There is a different feel and atmosphere within our program that most people notice almost immediately. Our program does not just claim to be a family; we live it and teach it. As a member of our program you are a member of one of the largest and most respected youth football and cheer families in the valley.
We consistently have a full staff of more than 40 football and cheer coaches. Our program and all of our football coaches are certified and endorsed by USA Football, the official youth football partner of the NFL and the NFL Players Association.
Our organization is completely self supporting. We own our field equipment such as blocking and tackling dummies, arm shields and pads, tackling sleds, speed and agility equipment, sideline headsets, helmet mic’s and more. We are the only organization in the area with a 1500 sq foot facility for coaches and team meetings, complete with a high definition film review area. We supply the players with the highest quality Schutt brand protective equipment possible. We offer off season football agility and fundamental training. Our program runs the same high powered offense and defense as the high school, giving our athletes the highest possible chance of success at the high school level.
The Tokay JR Tigers organization goes above and beyond to ensure that the young men and women in our program, are receiving the best possible training, guidance and experience available, in a fun and safe environment, while still keeping the cost affordable.
