Control of this domain has been transferred to Calvin Klein Trademark Trust, Calvin Klein, Inc. and Waranaco Inc. (collectively, “Calvin Klein”), the rightful owners of the CALVIN KLEIN Trademarks, pursuant to a temporary court order. Calvin Klein took this action to protect the Calvin Klein brand and the consumer from unknowingly purchasing counterfeit products. The websites listed in the complaint are not affiliated with the genuine Calvin Klein brand. Calvin Klein and its counsel cannot provide any additional information regarding any orders placed with any of the websites.
