You may sign up for a TAP account from any computer or smartphone with a web browser. After a few quick security questions, you'll be presented with a list of companies and organizations that issue their cards through the TAP platform.
These include banks and other financial institutions, retailers, transit authorities, clubs and corporations that enable employees to add credentials to their card and wallet*.
Don't worry - we don't store sensitive card information.  Instead, we create 'tokens' that allow you to access your card accounts from your TAP.  These tokens are only valid for a short time and only from your device, so even if your device is lost or stolen, there's little risk.
You're now ready to add cards.
*If you do not see the issuer of card you'd like to add, contact them directly and request that your card be added to our platform.
Once you've signed up and are ready to add authorized cards to your TAP Wallet and/or Card, download the TAP Wallet application to your smartphone (iOS or Android) and securely login to your account with your chosen username and password.
After successful login, choose the cards you wish to add and within seconds the associated tokens are securely downloaded to your Wallet.  You can add new authorized cards at any time or place, and they're available to us
