Terms and Conditions – March 2013 up to $5,000 credit bonus
Short Description
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the "March 2013 up to $5,000 credit bonus promotion” offer, whereby Eligible Clients of Sunbirdfx may be rewarded with a credit bonus on their deposit for live standard accounts ("Offer") when trading FX on these accounts, subject to these Terms.
Taking part in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Sunbird trading limited reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Offer, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Offer Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified Terms on the Sunbirdfx website. We recommend that you revisit these Terms regularly and, by your continued use of the Sunbirdfx website and services you accept any such modified Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Offer, or breaches the Offer Terms or our Terms and Conditions of Business.
In case this Terms and conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
Who can join?
Subject to all other Terms, the Offer is available to Customers who:
New clients only that deposit a min. of $2,000 to $10,000.
That the Customer must elect to opt-in to take part in the Offer by expressly confirming their decision on the Offer landing page on the Sunbirdfx website.
A client makes a new deposit into their standard account after electing to opt-in the offer.
That the client must trade a number of FX standard lot round turn transaction over a certain period of time in the account into which a deposit has been made.
That client knows and confirms that at the end of the credit period the reward will be forfeited if the requires number of round turn lot transactions has not been made.
Client knows and confirms any trades in instruments other than FX will not count towards the lots calculation.
The Offer and conditions:
Open a standard account and deposit $2,000 and get $2,000 credit bonus.
Open a standard account and deposit $5,000 and get $3,500 credit bonus.
Open a standard account and deposit $10,000 and get $5,000 credit bonus

Period to perform the required volume is 12 months after bonus has been credited to your account.
At the end of the Lots Calculation Period, if you have not made the required number of standard lot round turn transactions on the relevant account/s during this period, then the ‘credit bonus’ will be removed from the account/s, which may affect the equity and margin level on your open positions, possibly
