(18 USC § 1513) Post Investigation Harassment & Threats After the 22nd District Attorney's Office refused to file charges on the malicious false complaint by Brian Young of Enid Oklahoma and Alicia Scarbrough of Ada Oklahoma, alleging harassment using the Internet for report of their fraud and prior stated commercial threats against Raccoon Technologies Incorporated of Ada, OK; Brian Young did in September through November 2011 send threatening posts to the website of our firm on Facebook. He did there reveal the existence of a 2009-2012 website set up just after his 2009 October threats "to ruin" our company, published under the email name "myluv_187@yahoo.com" and "myluv187@gmail.com". The abuse was not immediately visible to our administrators because of a flaw in Facebook.com which blocked Mr. Young's posts from our administrators, but not from public view, due to having blocked him previously to stop his 2009-2011 harassment of our staff. Upon discovery, his posts were documented by our security team and his endorsement of the 2009-2012 website where death threats and solicitation of murder and physical harassment were published, in addition to images stolen from SDP Multimedia Group websites for use in commercial sabotage upon our business and explicit letters stating intent to seize and take control for commercial use of our registered trademark "Beyond War". These acts prompting notice to the Oklahoma Secretary of State Glenn Coffee to seek additional protection against this attempted extortion. Upon discovery of the site, including sexual defamation therein, an additional identity theft occurred December 25th 2011 (Christmas Day) - seeking to enroll the owner of our firm by Federal Identity Theft in mailing lists to damage his reputation and commercial and parental credibility. These lists notified our firm by email of the enrollment at the address used, gave the IP Address of the perpetrator, and indicated false information uploaded to "Transgenderdate.com" in Lansing Michigan. The transgenderdate.com profile was then immediately linked upon the page of the Google Sites defamation indicating participation of the Google Site host in the Identity Theft, and such efforts there linked to justify the kidnapping and concealment of the minor child taken August 11 2001 prior trial for stated purpose of "perpetual concealment" by Donald Beal and
