This domain was previously held for the sale of alleged counterfeit Chrome Hearts products. Control of this domain has been transferred to Chrome Hearts LLC (“Chrome Hearts”) pursuant to a temporary court order. If you believe that you have been victimized, we suggest that you request a refund from your credit card company.  If you paid for your purchase using a credit card such as Visa or MasterCard, please contact your credit card company to request a refund.  The telephone number for your credit card company can be found on the back of your card or on your monthly statement.  
Chrome Hearts took this action to protect the Chrome Hearts brand and the consumer from unknowingly purchasing counterfeit products.  The websites listed in the complaint are not affiliated with the genuine Chrome Hearts brand or Chrome Hearts LLC.  Chrome Hearts and its counsel cannot provide any additional information regarding any orders placed with any of the websites.  If you would like to provide additional information regarding your purchase, please email reportfakes@gbcinternetenforcement.net.  Please include information such as the domain name of the website you purchased from, any return addresses and/or new domain names / websites provided by the website operator.  (You will not receive a response, but any information may be useful for continued anti-counterfeiting efforts.)  In addition, you should NOT pay any shipping charges to send counterfeit products back to the defendants.

Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Chicago, Illinois within twenty-one (21) days from August 5, 2013. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a judgment against the defendants.
