Houseofhenna.netHomeHouse of Henna ShopMedia and AppearancesWork With MeSee Our WorkIslamic CandlesAug7Tracy and Corey’s Engagement CelebrationPosted on August 7, 2012  byTracy and Corey’s Engagement CelebrationIt was a night to celebrate love, and a great charity “Angels Without Wings”.  A charity created by my dear friend Valerie Lynn Krsulic, (http://www.facebook.com/dawn.notaro.7/info?ref=ts#!/vkrsulic) that is workin hard to bring awareness, and education about the epidemic of bullying.  So, it was a night to congraduate Tracy and Corey, and raise money for the charity.  Everyone was all smiles, there was dancing all night long, great performances, and tons of laughs.  I was invited by Dawn Notaro (http://www.facebook.com/dawn.notaro.7/info?ref=ts#!/dawn.notaro.7) to attend, and do henna on the guests.  A portion of my proceeds were donated back to the charity.  I even got to glitterize Tracy’s foot in silver with the word “Bride”.The evening started with a great cocktail hour, the weather was a bit humid, but everyone was having a great time mingling, that it did not even really matter.  So many great pics were taken by a friend of mine, Luke Apice (http://www.facebook.com/dawn.notaro.7/info?ref=ts#!/luke.apice).  He can capture the essance of a party in his pictures.  I shared my cocktail hour table with the ever talented, and rising designer Jazmin Brown (http://www.facebook.com/dawn.notaro.7/info?ref=ts#!/jazmin.brown.9).  You have to keep your eye on this girl.  She’s 14, and can design, and sew like no other.  Girl has mad skills.It was a gret honor for me to be part of this event.  Met up with my amazing friends, as well as met a few new ones.  It still amazes me that this little thing as henna has been able to let me help out at these amazing events. Please make sure to check out the Facebook pages of my friends, to keep up with what we are up to, as well as to help us continue to work towards bringing awareness to the epidemic of bullying.Filed under All About Henna |Leave a commentAug2Angels Without Wings Car WashPosted on August 2, 2012  byAngels Without Wings Car WashThis past Saturday, I had the honor of participating in the 1st Annual, Angels Without Wings Car Wash.  What were we all working towards?  Batteling Bullying.As wel all know bullying has been something that has been around as long as there have been kids.  But recently with so many forms of bullying, and the addition of social media, it seems this problem has taken on a life of it’s own.  We see, and hear so often of individuals, who struggle with this, suffer from it, and how some even feel that suicide is the only way out.We all got together, so many helpers of all ages, from all different professional backgrounds.  Everyone washed, dried, laughed, and worked hand in hand with this amazing charity.  Angels Without Wings was founded by a very dear friend of mine Valerie Lynn Krsulic.  She really is a gem, and so
