It lists use policies and fees.Wedding Schedule & Policies This form is filled out by anyone wishing to have their wedding in our church.His Kids Waiting List Registration FormThis form is filled out by any parent wishing to send their child to His Kids Child Care Center.  There is a $ 25.00 fee to be returned with this form to hold your spot.Bank Draft Authorization This  form is filled out by anyone wishing to have their bank account drafted for  their offering to the church.
