Polaris International Holdings, Inc. is a publicly traded company (PINK SHEETS: PIHN) that is in the business of supplying Information Technology ("IT") services for Network Infrastructure, ASP and Cloud Computing Solutions. Its management team is composed of seasoned international business professionals with over 60 years of expertise in technology, media, entertainment and financial investment industries. POLARIS with both a U.S. and Japan market base is well positioned for the evolution occurring in global IT services and is meeting this evolution with its progressive collection of 'Cloud Solutions and Services' for its corporate Fortune 100 clients.  POLARIS' near term plan is to build out its Global IT Services through acquisitions and/or strategic partnerships.  The Company is currently engaged in due diligence with several international businesses that will significantly expand its territory from Japan to include the other rapidly growing Asian markets and North American markets. 
Outsourcing of IT services is just beginning to take hold in Japan and Asia. Expenditures on information technology by Japanese enterprises have grown rapidly, according to Interactive Data Corporation (IDC). IDC reports that the Japan IT Outsourcing Market was $23.6 billion in 2006 and is expected to grow to $28.9 billion in 2012. IDC also says that The Asia/Pacific Region excluding Japan (APEJ) is still viewed as the bright spot with IT spending expected to reach US$196 billion by year-end 2009. Of these amounts, the IT services market is expected to remain healthy and grow to US$49.4 billion in 2009.
Polaris intends to (a) participate in these revenue growths and (b) enter other Asian markets including China to capture a substantial portion of their outsourced IT and technology infrastructure cabling. The on-going global economic recession is creating greater opportunities for IT outsourcing services and Polaris stands to benefit from it.

The Company is already performing due diligence on several U.S. IT services companies as potential acquisition targets.
