Review Mold Structure and Manufacture Process：
Initial review：Based on structure and feature of part, make out initial design scheme, DFM report, 2D&3D
drawing of mold；
Design review：All the potential issue such as P/L, Slide or lifter, insert, ejecting method, cool system and part
feature etc, will be discussed and reviewed by engineer together along with deputy general
manager；
Start review：Review for Mold starting: department leader of design, CNC, production，and assembly will
attend meeting to discuss and make review for more detail；
Review for T0：After T0 injection trial, leader of design, mold assembly, and injection department will have
a meeting to discuss mold modification scheme together.
Technical Reserves：
All fitter leaders have ever been worked in well-known mold manufacture  company as supervisor for many
years and possesses decades of experience in mold manufacturing；
All the designer whose post level above supervisor have been here over 10 years；
Excellent programming skill for CNC team；
We reserve thousands of mold drawings ,and almost all kinds of new parts can be matched with the reserved
drawing.

Performance appraisal system with the function such as  boost engineer's activity, expedite progress,           improve quality ,reduce errors and lower cost；
