Virgina Kappa at William & Mary is a reborn colony of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.  As a phoenix colony re-founded in the fall of 2008, we are rising from the ashes to become stronger and more prominent on campus than ever before.  As I write this, before the fall semester of 2012, we are twenty-four strong and growing, with ot most recent recruitment proving to be the most successful to date.  Though looking to constantly expand, we never forget our creed, and always hold ourselves to the highest standard possible.  This means accepting only a man worthy of the description True Gentleman.
As we have grown, we are proud to have been able to improve ourselves and the campus around us.  Whether it's working together to improve our grades, participating in many of the philanthropy events hosted by other Greek organizations, cleaning up Lake Matoaka, or working with a sorority to co-host an Easter egg hunt for the children of Williamsburg, we are always looking for positive things to do.  We have also had a great time participating in a multitude of intramural sports and having some great retreats and alumni events.
As we continue to move forward and close in on our charter, we are looking for leaders to help us on our way and to help carry the fraternity to future success when the current brothers have graduated.  We have all invested so much into σAE we can only hope that it will continue to be a respected fraternity for years to come.
