Since opening in 1992, over 40,000 patients have trusted their eye care to Dr. MacKewiz. The original office moved from Governors Square Shopping Center to a free standing state of the art medical office in 1999, conveniently located on Rt. 40 between Routes 1 and 13. Unlike the large chains, our emphasis is on "personal attention" and long-term relationships. We are a family oriented practice and we see patients of all ages, many of whom have been returning since their first visit in 1992. Thanks to many loyal patients who continue to refer friends and family, we continue to grow while several other eye care practices in Bear have closed.
