Who MAy File a Claim faqs Links Register Your Claim Contact Us CST Has Stopped Accepting New Claims The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York is in the process of promulgating new rules for the acceptance of claims by third party processors. For additional information, class members may visit www.paymentcardsettlement.com, the Court approved web site for this case. CST believes it is in the best interest of those seeking assistance in processing claims to await the Court’s new rules before contracting for services. As always, CST will continue to protect the interests of its present claimants, and, will continue to keep them abreast of further developments.
