China Resin Sand Cast Iron Casting foundry
Grandware Cast Iron Casting is a china cast iron casting foundry located in Shaoxing City close to Shanghai and Ningbo. We are applying green sand casting, resin sand casting, and shell mold casting processes for production of cast iron cast products including gray iron casting, ductile iron casting, malleable casting and steel casting. Grandware Cast Iron Casting is mainly serving auto spare parts market, valves and pumps industry, mine and oil field, marine hardwares, ship building industry, agriculture machinery etc. 80% of our cast iron products are exported to foreign markets with high reputation. 
Along with the development of foreign market, we are gradually abandoning low end labour intensive green sand casting. A brand new factroy is to be established in 2010, where resin sand casting process is uniquely applied for cast iron casting. Three furan sand casting lines are applied for large size and low volume cast iron cast products, while four shell mold casting lines for large volume and small size cast iron cast products. Furthermore, in the new factory, our precision machining capacity will be improved substantially by entering of three sets of machining center. The new machining workshop will be capable of handling all conventional machining .      more about GCIC....
