Conveniently located at the end of the famous “Horseshoe Loop” on the Guadalupe River, Whitewater Sports has been proudly serving customers in the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake area since 1972. Tired of getting tube rash from those hot black tubes?? All of our tubes are cloth covered which provide the most comfortable float trip on the Guadalupe River. We also offer tubes for your cooler, tubes with a cooler, complimentary life jackets, as well as 2 person, 4 person, and 6 person rafts. Shuttles are provided for every drop-off and pick-up point so our customers never have to walk. We have hot showers, a riverside bar, sand beach, live music, and Hat Creek Burgers all on site. At Whitewater Sports, we provide the best customer service and ensure our customers have a fun float trip while staying safe. The Water Oriented Recreational District, who mandates the river in our area, restricts customers from taking Styrofoam, glass, or containers under 5 oz on the river in order to reduce littering. Because of our location, the alcohol and cooler restrictions set by the City of New Braunfels do not affect us. That means you can bring whatever size cooler you would like with as many cold beverages as it can hold. As always, if you will be drinking alcohol on the river, we remind you to drink responsibly. Sunscreen, river shoes, hats, and sunglasses are recommended and can be purchased on site. We also sell ice and non alcoholic beverages.
