作者提交稿件及转让版权必读！ 
一、步骤
（1）登录系统http://www.icm2011.net/main.aspx，核对终稿. 注意：1）输入文章编号+注册登记表上的作者信息（中文），如“ICMP001” + “张国立”；2）终稿中“基金资助信息”均被移到文章最后的“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT”部分。2）相当一部分论文的标题、摘要、正文和参考文献都做了仔细修改，请务必要在该终稿上修改。
（2）登录http://www.ieeeconfpublishing.org/cpir/AuthorKit.asp?Community=CPS&Facility=CPS_Sept&ERoom=ICM+2011，进行注册，并通过STEP5将word文档，转换为PDF文档。（强烈建议通过PDF Express转换，它会帮你检查和修订格式。）
（3）通过STEP7和STEP8，分别转让版权并提交论文终稿（PDF格式）。
二、时间
为加快出版进度，请务必于北京时间2011年9月14日晚12点前完成“核对终稿”，“版权转让”及“论文提交”事宜。
三、备注
（1）建议用Word2003打开论文终稿，使用WPS会导致格式失真；使用Word2007打开终稿也有可能导致少量格式失真问题。
（2）如您确有需要修改终稿，请务必在该终稿版本上修改。
（3）核对终稿时，注册登记表上使用英文姓名的老师，请输入英文姓名，注意姓名之间有空格存在。
（4）通过IEEE网页提交稿件和转让版权之前，请大家先在该网站先注册帐号。

2011 International conference of information technology, computer engineering  and management sciences will be held from Sept 24th to 25th, 2011 in Nanjing, China.
ICM2011 aims to bring together innovative academics and experts in  the field of information technology, software engineering, industrial  engineering, management engineering etc. to a common forum to discuss their  latest research and exchange views on the future research directions of those  fields.
Authors are requested to submit full papers in English within 4  pages for regular paper (including text figures and references). Submissions  should be in IEEE format on A4 paper using a single column and 10 to 12 point  Times font.
All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore, and then can be submitted to be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.  The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by EI Compendex. Meantime, authors of best papers from the conference are welcome to submit their manuscripts to the IIMA'S Journal of International Technology and Information Management-JITIM (ISSN: 1543-5692) and the Communications of the IIMA-CIIMA (ISSN: 1543-5970) for a second review.
