Eligibility guidelinesSAVE TIME - please confirm your center meets these guidelines before completing the application.  Unacceptable Operations· Residential operation (operate out of your home)· 80% or more special needs children· Unlicensed in state of operation and/or location· Unfenced or unsecured outdoor play areas· Facilities located below exit level· Operating less than 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day· 24/7 operations· Government subsidized programs· Camps (seasonal, summer only operations, athletic)· No requirement for only authorized persons to pick up children· No background and reference check, application for new employees· No child care policy prohibiting corporal punishment*· No student accident insurance policy at time of binding***If needed we can provide you with a template.
