Come join us. Life is so endlessly delicious.” – Ruth ReichlCooking, tasting and enjoying each other’s company could certainly be our adage.  A lot of great food has been and will continue to be prepared at Pepperberries, and this new season of cooking classes is no exception.Joining our recurring chefs will be three, should I use the word, “celebs.”  Nick Malgieri, author, culinary education director and frequent contributor to Saveur Magazine will be joining us in October.  He will be teaching two classes.  One focusing on baking and the second includes Nick’s favorite brunch goodies.The first part of November will see a return visit from Viola Buitoni.  Some of you were privileged to attend her classes this spring, so you are aware of the delightful foods she prepares. Viola reveals her secret declaring you must “sharpen your eyes, prick up your ears, wrinkle your nose: cooking requires all of your senses.”If all this weren’t enough, Marie Simmons has a new cookbook entitled “Taste of Honey.”  Later in November, she will be offering a class that is all things honey.  Copies of the book will be available here at Pepperberries; what a perfect gift for several some ones on your list.  As January’s resolutions come along, Marie will be back to spotlight healthy, vegetarian eating.
Not to be missed are all of the other wonderful menus prepared by our culinary team of chefs.  Whether you are looking for holiday foods, everyday dinners or gluten-free meals, we have a class with you in mind.  Take a look inside…Registration will begin on Tuesday, September 17th at 10am.
