90 days left!
Long time no blogs.. actually during these months many things have happened. There were too many surprises in this August. For example, 1st August & 6th August, of course I’ve written them down.
The review project started in July. However, the process was too.. Lazy bone again? Now there are only 90 days left, I really should work harder and harder. I still have the chance to pass the exam, yes!
Sorry for my friends in QQ who keep asking me for help. I’m AFK for most of the time. The moment I saw your requests was too late, and still I don’t have much time to solve your problem, coz I have mine!

It’s getting colder, hope everybody stay healthy.
And wish I would pass the exam.

After Fedora 17 Installation
My laptop is DELL Inspiron 1420. After the installation of Fedora 17, there is no driver for DELL Wireless 1395 WLAN MiniCard. Anyway I searched the Internet and found the following solution.
su -c ‘rpm -Uvh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm’
su – yum update yum install broadcom-wl
Then reboot computer, the wireless card is working!:) weird thing is, it’s hard to find a good driver for it under CentOS :( Anyway I’ve already moved on to Fedora.
Whatsmore, the PPS(a Chinese media player) still cannot make sound. Here’s the solution after the steps given by the official:
yum install libv4l.i686 pulseaudio-libs.i686 alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.i686
on with the solution under Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get libv4l.i686 pulseaudio-libs.i686 alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.i686
