Why Electrical Construction?
The demand for skilled workers has been increasingly steady, even during times of economic decline.  Through a certified apprenticeship program, you can learn the trade while you earn wages.
Can a career in electrical construction be fulfilling?
Of course!  You can be part of a team that wires houses, commercial buildings and industrial facilities and build communities that make up our nation. 
Will I be able to retire from a construction career?
YES!  The pension plans construction workers contribute to provide them with many years of comfortable retirement.
When you join an accredited apprenticeship, you will start receiving contributions to your retirement from the first day on the job
How much will I make as an apprentice?
You will be working for one of our signatory contractors who pay wages and benefits according to the locally negotiated collective bargaining agreement.  As an apprentice, you are guaranteed to earn the wages spelled out under this agreement.  For a list of the current wages ​
