Youth Affairs Organisation (YAO) has completed its Fourteen  years successfully. In this period, the organisation arranged several grass root level welfare activities, awareness programs, camps, seminars, workshops and rallies with an effective and scientific thinking. Some of these are environment protection, drugs abuse, HIV/AIDS prevention, health awareness, voluntary blood donation, population control, women empowerment, counseling services, organic & natural farming etc.
YAO has been emphasizing the concept of community volunteerism to bring positive changes in the society. It is believed that social evils can only be eradicated through the active community’s participation with scientific ideas.
Organization has always been tried to provide help to all needy persons who are affected during calamity and are in distress. It supports every person to achieve his/her maximum potential as an individual and member of communities so as to play a major role for the betterment of community.
In this period, the organization has achieved many outstanding achievements in different fields related to the welfare of children, women and youth. Organisation has set up some self germinating projects and some implemented with the support of state and central governments.
Organisation started some innovative ideas like celebration of 1st January as a Moral Duty Day every year to create and facilitate the moral values and responsibilities in the society. Today, everyone talks about his rights but no one cares for his or her duties. First time YAO started district and state level Cash Prize Awards of 1100 Rs and 11,000 Rs, respectively for recovering clients in the fields of drug de-addiction
Organisation provided different types of awareness programs through several national and international days. YAO has been providing counseling & rehabilitation services for Juvenile  children and  districts Jail clients .
I congratulate every one for contributing the Youth Affairs Organisation to achieve its aim and objectives without which it would not be possible to get such a remarkable and strong position in our society. We expect the same kind of support and cooperation actively in future also.
