    A special key to a blissful and a healthy life is a healthy diet. If we cannot add the healthy diet in our daily routine then it might not be impossible to lead a long and a healthy life. It is not a tedious job to add some low calorie food, green vegetable and alter your heavy diet to a healthy one. Our body needs some important nutrients and they are carbohydrate, protein and fat. These nutrients are very essential for the body for the heart beating and the proper movements of muscles and the brain. For proper functioning of the body, it needs vitamins and the minerals and in order to get a proper healthy balanced diet it is necessary to acquire some or the other nutrients from all the categories of different foods just like, pulses, cereals, milk and its products, meat and poultry. Vegetable and fruits are the main ingredients of a nutritional balanced diet. There many types of diets everyone can follow. If you recently read about The Rock’s Hercules Diet, it is another type of diet which we believe will be popular because Hollywood star is doing at the moment.
    A healthy diet is important in many ways:
    It facilitated hydration: We all are aware of the fact that there is 60-70% of water in our body for regulating the temperature of the body, to absorb the nutrients and to eliminate the unwanted products inside from the body. Dehydration is very common in an undernourished person as whenever we feel thirsty, it feels like going through some chronic diseases like stomach ache, dry mouth or headache is also quite common resulting to the possible outcome of dehydration. Not only water but fresh fruit and vegetables can also be taken for this purpose but here water is the best choice to avoid the person from dehydration.
    Helps in preventing diseases: Sticking to the oily and non-healthy foods all the time will not make you healthy rather than they might cause some or the other harmful diseases. In order to retain your body healthy and free from diseases it is necessary to stick to a proper healthy diet.
    Induction of a peaceful and a healthy sleep: We love to have our favorite food, be it a sticky candy or our favorite roadside food. But these foods will not let you fall asleep as they contain such ingredients which can keep you awake for long hours but if you are having healthy green vegetables and juices then you are ready to fall asleep and that too a healthy one.
    A best healthy lifestyle: Once you start with a balanced and healthy diet then you are sure to have a stress free and happier life ever. So now you can make yourself ready to prepare a healthy diet chart for you.
