He’s concerned most with a $9 million project to improve the wastewater treatment plant that he said is $1 million under budget and ahead of schedule. A lifelong Dillon resident, Malesich also wants to reconstruct city streets and parking lots as part of an ongoing street-improvement program.Klakken, 57, is part-owner of Ace’s, a computer-repair store. He has a doctorate in physics and worked for Alliant Techsystems in Salt Lake City from 1986 to 1998 before returning to Dillon.
